Monitoring & Rebooting

Administering a VPS server is generally a tough procedure. You either need to do the work all by yourself and dedicate your time to regularly monitoring your virtual server, or, alternatively, you have to find a third–party solution whose sole task will be to monitor your VPS server. And that is exactly where our Administration Services solution can comes in real handy. Thanks to it, your Virtual Private Server will be added to our own custom–made server managing software system, which will monitor all the essential services. And in case of any service failure, our sysadmins will be informed right away and they will rectify the trouble ASAP.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup of your data is mandatory – you never know when something would go wrong. And having signed for our Administration Services deal, you can enjoy regular backups of your whole VPS, not just of your content, without you having to set up or configure anything. Last but not least the backup copies will be retained on a server with a group of RAID–configured hard disk drives. In other words, your data will always be safe and sound, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server provides you with a virtually infinite number of options, you will often have to install additional software packages. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can help you out. It is an integral part of our Administration Services deal, which enables you to demand any of our seasoned server administrators to install and configure any software and to solve any problem that you’re having with the server.

Our Administration Services package is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux VPS Packages. It is an optional feature with the KVM Linux VPS Packages.
