A: We will require the login details for your current hosting provider’s Control Panel as well as the site’s name (domain name).

Generally, if we can acquire access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to transfer your site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source web site creation platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
